Luceome is seeking research oriented, motivated person to contribute to its KinaseSeeker™ program for profiling drug candidates against kinases. The internship candidate will assist in building a large panel of kinases, validating the kinases in split-luciferase based assays, and evaluating test compounds in these assays. Candidates should preferably have research experience in molecular biology techniques, especially cloning, PCR and gel electrophoresis; and biochemical assays. Familiarity with kinases is not required but will be regarded as a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with high analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
